Then Tristan appears telling Joey to hold it. Upon hearing this Yugi protests by shouting "I hate fighting and violence!". Holding up the puzzle Joey says, "You want this box back, right? Then Gimme all you got". He tells Yugi that he’s going to teach him to be a man. Yugi asks him for the box back, but Joey hurls it across the room and runs over to catch it.
Joey asks Yugi what he's looking at and talking about by himself. He begins to open the box saying, "the answer is.", but Joey suddenly swipes the box from Yugi. Yugi begins to talk about the secret puzzle inside the box, " It’s something that you see, but have never seen before". He then pulls out the box from the Egyptian tomb. He then cheers up reaching for something in his bag, saying that today he will solve it. Yugi tidies up his cards wishing there was a game he could play with everyone else. He tells Yugi to come play rather than play games by himself. Yugi loses concentration, causing his card tower to collapse.
The boys decide to play basketball and let the girls play too. The scene cuts to Domino High School, where it is lunch time.
As the others rush to his aid, he tells them, it is the puzzle of darkness. The professor begins to suffer pains and falls to his knees. One man referred to as Professor approaches a gold box, saying that if he becomes numb and faints, it is a sign of a Game of Darkness. But he finally learns about the pharaoh from Shadi, and finally met Yami Yugi who fought against Yami Bakura.Ī group of archaeologists enter an Egyptian tomb. This makes Yugi believe he has memory loss when he or his friends are in danger.
But Yugi has no idea that the pharaoh is inside his puzzle, and is living in his mind. So the Pharaoh looks out for Yugi and his friends. He completed the puzzle, and is possessed by the spirit of an ancient Pharaoh. A game lover name Yugi Muto is given an ancient item by his grandfather known as the three thousand year old Millennium Puzzle. Lastly Miho Nosaka, is a main character in this series along with Yugi Muto, Joey Wheeler, Tea Gardner, and Tristan Taylor. The level of violence was reduced in the manga, and anime. Manga plots were re written so that they could take up an entire episode's screen time. While this series is not connected to the Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Monsters (Anime), both series are based on the Yu-Gi-Oh! manga. The series was produced by Toei Animation, and aired in Japan on Apto October 10, 1998. Yu-Gi-Oh! (遊☆戯☆王) is a hit old school style Japanese anime series.
